6 Week Fit Camp

Get Fit By attending Fit Camp, you will improve your physical and mental health, boost your fitness, enhance your overall wellbeing, while helping you to get into the best shape, with the end result of having you looking and feeling amazing.

Fit Camp is a high intensity 6 week program designed to kick start your fitness, blast away body fat, tone up, and increase your fitness.

There are no built in rests so you take a rest as and when you need to during a 45 minute class (this includes warm up and cool down).

Each session includes using a mixture of weights, boxing, kettlebells, your own body weight, and using training programs I use myself.

Full nutrition guidance is provided, either bespoke plans or we slowly change your eating habits using daily/weekly recorded check in's. Find what works best for your individuality, with manageable and sustainable processes that are easy to stick to.

With 24/7 contact via WhatsApp, support is only a message away when you need it.

You'll receive 1 personal training session & a gym plan that you can follow along with on days when Fit Camp is not on.
